Shade Trees: If planted in the proper spot, they can lower the cost of the cooling bill during the warmer months and provide you with plenty of shade. Since they are packed with dense leaves, as hot air/wind passes through them, it’s cooled down. Types of shade trees include:

- Forest Eucalyptus

Ornamental Trees: These types of trees are not very large and are usually planted near walkways or for display purposes. During the changing of seasons, they’re appearance changes drastically and provides a beautiful visual effect. These include:

- Magnolia
- Redbud
- Willow
